The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI)   has been established under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 which consolidates various acts & orders that have hitherto handled food related issues in various Ministries and Departments. FSSAI has been created for laying down science based standards for articles of food and to regulate their manufacture, storage, distribution, sale and import to ensure availability of safe and wholesome food for human consumption. Our manufacturing unit and products confirms to FSSAI norms.

GMP certified – Safety First

Having GMP matters because every individual who wants to buy a medicine or dietary supplement would like to be perfectly sure that the product is safe, all the information given on the box is true and that it is not contaminated. It is meant to help not to harm.

Especially in case of food and medicine production, meeting the standards of GMP is very important!  GMP is a collection of documents describing procedures connected with manufacturing a certain product and all the processes involved. Therefore producers care to find and remove all the weaknesses of their goods at all production stages thus assuring their future

The final quality of a product results from the quality of resources it is made from but it is also determined by factors like: the neighbourhood of the manufacturing plant, the condition of the buildings and strict adherence to the production technology, which includes: the hygiene of the machines and devices, precise cleaning and disinfection processes, staff hygiene and the supervision of product storing and distribution.

GMP clearly specifies the conditions that should be met by a producer in these areas. If ,at least one of the production stages – storing for example, is not adherent to the rules of GMP the producer does not meet all the necessary conditions and loses their GMP certificate and FDA certificate as well.

  • Monitoring of manufacturing processes for in-process controls
  • Approval of finished products.
  • Monitoring of stability of products as per ICH guidelines
